How can Credit Card Companies help consumers and still make money? Imagine the benefits of being known as a credit card company interested in credit repair solutions. This is unheard of! This could be what makes you stand out and can give you a better name- one you can be proud of.
Credit Card companies are fighting a bad image. They are known for taking advantage of people desperate for credit. They create high interest rates and gimmicks that force people to practically invest in their credit card. For example: people with low credit are forced to enter into an agreement with a pre-paid credit card. So they put their own money on a credit card and then pay interest on their own money in order to build up credit. Or worse, they are approves for a credit line with an impossible and unfair high interest rate.
Perhaps not all credit card representatives are schemers. Perhaps some credit card companies want to be of service to consumers. If so, credit card companies could actually encourage credit card applicants to fix their credit and actually help them restore their credit by referring them to ICC. If a customer is rejected from credit card approval and referred to ICC for credit repair, ideally the customer would return to the credit card company and re-apply. Everyone needs a credit card, even rich people with great credit scores need credit cards.
Helping people establish better credit should not be intimidating for credit card companies. Credit Card companies can still make a profit and increase their customer base, more importantly increase stable customers by guiding them towards credit repair. Better credit habits will influence on-time payments. Rather than compete and try to keep consumers down, credit card companies could be part of the solution.
ICC is not a competitor to credit card companies and offers a tool to work together. While ICC strives to be of service to the public, we also improve the strength of industries. Credit Card companies can now refer their rejected clients to ICC and in return receive brand re-reinforcement to work with the same client, new and improved.
